      • Convenience Package Fee. Includes water, sewer, trash, recycling, internet up to 400 Mbps, higher speeds available up to 10 GB*. Studio/Alcove/1 Bedroom $79/month, 2 Bedroom $89/month
      • Electricity & Gas: paid directly to Xcel Energy, based on personal usage
